Current Utility Issues
Current Utility Issues
BMT is actively involved both individually and through industry organization in monitoring and participating in a wide variety of discussion concerning utility related issues. The effects of the proposed Clean Air Act legislation, particularly the expected impact on the quality of CCPs produced, is recognized and addressed by BMT on multiple platforms, as the most significant challenge to the future marketability of CCPs.
Our team is focused on not only making sure regulators understand the significance of CCP utilization but also working with developers of Clean Air Technologies and reduce or eliminate the negative effects to CCP marketing during the initial design phase. This effort is and will remain a priority for BMT well into the future.
